Best time to post on Facebook

People regularly log in to Facebook on desktop and mobile to keep up-to-date with their friends and family. Recent algorithm changes have made it harder for pages to reach their followers, making it even more important that you post at the right time. According to various research, the best time to post on Facebook on average across industries is between 9am and 4pm. 9am is a popular time with it being the beginning of the day when people are first logging onto their computers as well. Whilst 12pm is popular as it is the beginning of a lot of people’s lunch breaks. Weekdays are the most popular times to post with engagement down over the weekend. It’s also important to check out your Facebook Analytics as this tells you exactly what times and days your followers are online.
